We ask that guest arrive by 4:45 pm so our Ceremony can begin at 5:00 pm. The bride and groom's send off will take place at 10:00 pm.

Parking at The Grand Hotel: Off-site guests are asked to please park in event parking across the street from the main entrance. The Grand Hotel's golf carts and shuttle will work in tandem to pick guests up from event parking and take them to the event drop-off. After the celebrations, guests can request a golf cart for transportation back to event parking by calling or texting 251-379-0453 with their name, pick-up location, and drop-off destination.

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception are being held in the same vicinity. All events will be held outside on kept lawns, weather permitting. Guest will need to walk in grassy areas from the ceremony to cocktail hour.

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie. Ladies should plan to wear long or tea-length dresses. Men should plan to wear tuxedos.

Our Wedding will be adults only as alcohol will be present throughout the evening. We appreciate you allowing us to celebrate responsibly.

The Grand Hotel is the only accommodation we are holding a room block for. If you wish to stay offsite, please be aware transportation is not provided to and from any other locations.

To help us finalize plans and ensure we accommodate all our guests, please RSVP by January 6, 2025, for our wedding. Kindly RSVP for our Welcome Party no later than January 21, 2025.
